 Whether it be a simple one course lunch, snacks for a drinks party or a more elaborate dinner I aim to ensure your expectations are met and hopefully exceeded,
I like to work closely with my clients and amongst other topics, a discussion concerning your food preferences and any dietary restrictions is an important prelude to any event.

Below is a small selection of the food I prepare and which has found favour in the past.
Please be aware that the prices are an indication and can vary according to number of guests and seasonal availability.

  • Crostini with muxama and red pepper coulis​  
  • Spoon with a tartare of tuna, goat´s cheese, ginger and soy
  • Mini spinach pancake with home smoked salmon and creme fraiche
  • Fresh, marinated anchovies served on toast with coriander and garlic
  • Crostini with ceviche of hake
  • Baked oysters with, ginger, soy and spring onion
  • Parmesan wafer with tomato chutney, mascarpone and basil
  • Crostini topped with pea puree, goat´s cheese and mint
  • Mini sweetcorn pancake with marinated fresh cheese
  • Terrine of pork and prunes served on a toast with pickled cucumber
  • Grilled skewer of Indonesian spiced lamb
  • Tartare of beef with roasted beetroot and Parmesan, served on a crostini
  • Mini potatoes filled with artichoke and tarragon and topped with a dried ham chip
  • Teriyaki beef served in a little gem lea

Terrine of free range chicken, dried tomato and tarragon served with French toast and watercress
Marinated and seared fresh tuna with chermoula, almond and preserved lemon cous cous and caponata
Churros with spiced chocolate sauce and pink grapefruit

Ceviche of mackerel with avocado crème, pickled cucumber and crispy spelt
Ravioli filled with brandade of bacalhao served with a coriander coulis
Picanha with potato blinis, spinach and Bearnaise sauce
Earl Grey panna cotta with almond biscuits and raspberries

Gazpacho with marinated anchovies
Crepinette of chicken with turnip top mash, poached shallots and red wine sauce
Lime meringue nests with red fruit, whipped cream and strawberry coulis

Terrine of fresh goat´s cheese, aubergine and basil with dried tomato dressing and rocket
Walnut gnocchi with asparagus, sage and Parmesan
Chicory tart with Puy lentils, smoked portabello mushroom and Hollandais sauce  
Almond and rosemary cake with candied zests and crème fraiche

Razor clams with savoy cabbage, chorizo, peas and beurre blanc
Black pork cheeks, braised and crispy fried with a mousseline of celeriac and cime di rapa
